We are more flexible than most caterers in that we can help you to find the right mix of venue, format, menu, guest count, timeline & event design to make the perfect wedding for you & on budget.

Whether your ideal wedding is an intimate cocktail hour or an elaborate royal affair, our team will take the time to get to know you & put together a custom proposal for you. Minimum of 50 guests served from October through the end of May.

Wedding Receptions
Ocean West Catering provides affordable buffet or plated wedding receptions for the greater White Rock, Surrey, Vancouver and the entire Lower Mainland areas of British Columbia.
We're happy to work at a venue or private home of your choosing. We're also able to help you navigate the wide range of venues in the Lower Mainland area to find a Great Venue with the right mix of feel, price, availability, & capacity. We require a minimum guest count of 50 or more people.
It's such an important day for you and your wedding guests. Your family and friends will be on hand to celebrate the biggest day of your new life. Details are crucial.
